Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Sri Ras Bihari Pradhan, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 & 5.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is to the effect that under a scheme launched by Government of India namely Sakshar Bharat Mission, 2012, the petitioners were appointed as 'Lok Shiksha Prerak', however, the grievance is that their honorarium is not being paid to them from May 2013 to November 2016 and hence the present writ petition with the following prayer:

"i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3, District Magistrate/Adhyaksha, Zila Lok Shiksha Samittee, Ghazipur to release the outstanding honorarium of the petitioners from May 2013 to November 2016. ii) .................. iii) .................."

Accordingly, looking to the controversy in issue and the relief as sought in the present writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of finally with the consent of learned counsel for the parties with a direction that in case petitioners file fresh separate individual comprehensive representation before the respondent no. 3 raising all their grievances within a period of one month from today along with a certified copy of this order and a copy of writ petition, the same shall be heard and disposed of by respondent no. 3 by means of a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners preferably within a period of two months thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed off finally.
