The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with the following prayers :-

"(A) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representations of the petitioners (annexure no.4 to this writ petition).

(B) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to provide the scan copy of the answer book of the petitioners."

Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the earlier decision of this Court passed in Writ A No.3485 of 2019 ( Sharad Kumar and 7 others Vs. State of U.P. and another) on 13.3.2019 as well as in Writ A No.5116 of 2019 (Ram Chandra Singh and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) decided on 4.4.2019.

It is stated in the writ petition that the petitioners have already submitted their representations along-with a bank draft of Rs.2,000/- each before the respondent no.2 in order to obtain the scanned copies of the answer-sheets on 08.5.2019 but till date scanned copies were not provided to the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties this writ petition is being disposed of finally at the admission stage itself.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, the petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation ventilating all their grievances, along with a certified copy of this order, before the respondent no. 2- Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Alleganj, Allahabad within a period of one week from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no. 2 is directed to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands

disposed of.
