The instant petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the trial court to decide Suit No.189 of 2013 filed by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents for permanent injunction within a specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendants have already entered appearance and defendant No.5 has also filed his written statement.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the same expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
