The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction Paper No.7-C in Original Suit No.322 of 2017 pending at the behest of the petitioner within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the defendant respondents have been duly served. In support of the said submission, he has placed reliance on the orders dated 31.10.2018 and 28.11.2018.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
