By impugned order dated 26.4.2019, the appellate court has rejected the application for leading additional evidence under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC.
After some argument, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order alongwith final order passed in appeal.
Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
