The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Court below to enforce its own order dated 25.10.2018 passed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in Matrimonial Case No. 123/2013.
A perusal of the documents annexed with the petition reveals that the Court is already taking steps to enforce the said order. It has already issued non-bailable warrant. It has also sent a reminder to Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur to ensure that the non-bailable warrant is duly executed and the opposite party's presence is ensured before the Court.
In view of above, no further direction is required to be issued by this Court except for observing that the Court below as well as the Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur should ensure that the warrants issued by the Court are duly executed.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
