The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 390/2018, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the defendants have already entered appearance and are contesting the proceedings. However, in order to delay the disposal of the injunction application, they have not filed their objection so far.
Having regard to the fact that the injunction application is pending since a long time, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to ensure that the same is decided expeditiously, by fixing short dates, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
