Sri Madhur Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is giving up challenge to the impugned orders and prays that a direction be issued to the trial court for early disposal of the suit, to which Sri Sudeep Harkauli, learned counsel for the plaintiff-respondents has no objection.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates.
The Presiding Officer shall report progress of the suit to this Court through Registrar General on regular basis at an interval of three months in case the matter remains pending.
