Heard Sri Ram Sanehi Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ankit Saran, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1.
The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking quashing of the notice dated 12.01.2018 whereby a recovery of Rs.4,68,047/has been ordered against the petitioner towards the electricity dues. According to the petitioner she has already deposited the said amount.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with the direction that if the petitioner prefers a representation before the respondent no.3, Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Electricity Distribution Division-III, Hathras raising all her grievances as raised in the present writ petition within a period of one week from today alongwith the certified copy of this order, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of one month.
Till such decision is taken it is provided that no coercive action shall be taken by the respondents in pursuance of the impugned notice dated 12.01.2018 which shall be subject to any final order that may be passed by the respondent no.3.
