Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents 2 to 5 not to hold election, which is scheduled for 19th January, 2018 (today).
As already entire election process must have been over and the election is to take place today, this Court does not find it appropriate to entertain the petition.
The petition is dismissed.
