Heard Mr. Mohd. Yusuf, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Undisputedly the recovery citation has been issued pursuant to an order passed by the Labour Court against the Nyay Panchayat. Even the citation appended along with this petition is in the name of the local body. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been unable to draw the attention of the Court to any evidence to establish that the coercive action is being taken against him personally.
In view thereof, the writ petition lacks merit and is consequently dismissed .
