Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Sudha Pandey for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Undisputedly, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court when he was granted the facility of depositing the due amount of the bank in installments. This order was evidently not complied with.
In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition. Consequently it shall stand dismissed .
