This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.3 and 4, to renew the registration of the petitioners as contractor in Jila Panchayat Rampur.
B. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent nos. 3 and 4, to decide the representation/complaint of the petitioners dated 22.06.2018, within stipulated time. As this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case.
This Court by order dated 11.7.2018 had directed learned counsel for the Respondents No. 3 and 4 to seek instructions in the matter.
Today the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State has produced a copy of the Resolution dated 15.5.2018 before the Court and informed that the application for renewal of registration of the petitioner as contractor in Zila Panchayat, Rampur has been rejected by the Board by Resolution dated 15.5.2018.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage.
