This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
" Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the authorities i.e. respondent no. 2,3 and 4 to treat the sale deed dated 19.6.2018 executed by respondent no. 5 in favour of respondent no. 6 as ineffective and null and void."
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing for the respondents.
From perusal of the record, it transpires that the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted in exercise of extra ordinary writ jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
