By means of this petition, the petitioners are challenging the citation dated 17.1.2017.

At the very outset, counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are agreed to pay outstanding dues of the District Cooperative Federation (in short 'the Federation'). Counsel for the Federation has no objection to the same. Hence the recovery citation dated 17.1.2017 shall remain stayed provided the petitioners pay Rs.1,00,000/- of the outstanding dues within a period of one month to show their bona-fides. In the event of such deposit being made, the Federation shall provide details of the remaining outstanding dues to the petitioners within a period of 10 days. The petitioners thereafter shall make further deposit of the outstanding dues in three by-monthly equal instalments.

However, it is made clear that in the event of default on the part of the petitioners, the interim protection granted shall be withdrawn and the Federation shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law to ensure recovery of the amount under citation.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of .
