By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner raises grievances of torture and threat to her life at the end of her widowed mother. She has also made an application in this regard to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bijnor but no action has been taken by the police nor any first information report has been registered.
In these circumstances, we direct the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bijnor to look into the grievances of the petitioner and the petitioner shall also appear before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bijnor, who may consider the same and ensure that there is no unnecessary interference in the life and liberty of the petitioners.
The writ petition is disposed , accordingly.
