The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of the fact that they are bhumidhar of the land in question in connection with which the revenue extract Khatauni has been brought on record, the respondent No.4, who happens to be the husband of the sitting Pradhan of the village, is trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners to dispose of the land treating it to be public land of the Gram Sabha. The petitioners in this regard have moved appropriate application before the District Magistrate, Aligarh on 26.5.2018 which has remained pending and no action has been taken. They have also moved another application before the Tehsildar, Tehsil Koil, District Aligarh raising their grievance but that has also remained unaddressed to.

In view the above facts and circumstances, we hereby direct the petitioners to approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Koil, District Aligarh by means of the fresh application enclosing their with revenue extract within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. In the event such an application is filed, the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
