This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs;
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 29.1.2014 as passed by Up Ziladhikari, Gyanpur, District-Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) with all its consequential effects."
After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly conceded that the petitioner has got a statutory remedy under Section 209 of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 to file an appeal before the commissioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
