Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.12.2013 and 22.02.2014 passed by Assistant Collector Zamania, Ghaziapur (Annexure No.10 and 12 to the writ petition).
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to provide police force to the petitioner for cutting the crop existing on the petitioner land, and to restrain the respondent no.4 to not interefere in peaceful possession and cultivation of crops by petitioner on gata no.149, 150 and 152 situated in Village Nagdilpur, Tehsil Zamania, Ghazipur."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of the above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
