Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned auction bid dated 21.03.2016 of "Taj Mahal Western Gate Parking Contract" in favour of the respondent no.5, Ajay Suri by an order dated 21.03.2016 and its approval dated 22.03.2016 (Annexure No.6 to the writ petition).
(ii) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to give effect to the impugned auction contract referred to above and stay all further proceeding consequent upon the auction referred to above during the pendency of the instant writ petition."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of the above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
