After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition disclosing detailed facts.
The prayer made is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioners. In case any fresh writ petition is filed, it copy shall also be given to Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, who has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no.5 and Sri Harindra Prasad, learned counsel representing Rakesh Kumar, respondent no.3.
