This writ petition is directed against the order dated 16.10.1978, passed by Consolidation Officer, Markuan, Garautha, District Jhansi, order dated 15.12.1979, passed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Jhansi and order dated 19.07.1980, passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jhansi.
The Deputy Director of Consolidation has recorded a categorical finding of fact to the effect that the basis on which the revisionist has claimed 1/3 share of the disputed property was absolutely misplaced and untenable. The findings of fact recorded by the consolidation authorities, in the opinion of the Court, do not called any interference.
The writ petition lacks merit, it is accordingly dismissed.
