This writ petition is directed against the order of the Consolidation Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow, whereby he has refused to cancel the consolidation proceedings under Section 6 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
Perused the impugned order. I do not find any reason for interference in the order passed by Consolidation Commissioner who has rejected the application for cancellation of consolidation proceedings.
The writ petition lacks merit, it is dismissed accordingly.
