“ i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, the District Basic Education Officer, Sant kabeer Nagar to accept and entertain the certificates of the petitioners.
ii) issue a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, the District Basic Education Officer, Sant kabeer Nagar to call the eligible petitioners who are holders of higher degree petitioners who are holders of higher degree in B.Ed. and Degree for interview and consider their cases for appointment as Assistant Teachers in Primary Institutions run and controlled by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Basic Education in case B.T.C. training holder are not in requisite number.
iii) issue a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue appointment orders to the petitioners who have been finally selected.”
