“ a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dt. 25.4.2001 (Annexure No. 6) passed by the Sr. Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Northern Railway, Allahabad and the entire examination process in pursuance thereof.
b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to hold any examination of the Constables of Railway Protection Force posted in Allahabad Division including the petitioners for grant of financial upgradation to them to the grade/scale of Rs. 4000-6000 under the Assured Career Progression Scheme.
c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant second financial upgradation to the petitioners from the grade/scale of Rs. 3200-4900 to the grade/scale of Rs. 4000-6000 under the Assured Career Progression Scheme on the basis of processing of their cases by a screening committee.”
