Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent no.3 release the salaries to the petitioners during the period of 101 days 15-10-2017 till 23-01-2018 petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 30-12-2016 to 18-05-2017 and 14-01-2018 to 28-01-2018"
Grievance of the petitioners needs to be examined at first instance by the respondent No.2.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make a representation before the respondent No.2 within four weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order and in the event, such a representation is made within the stipulated period, it shall be decided by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within next eight weeks, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the respondent No.3.
