This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to treat the petitioners as under age and allow him to apply for the post of Assistant Teacher pursuant to the advertisement dated 15.03.2018.
The petitioner has become over age but he wants that the age bar may be ignored for reason that he had applied pursuant to advertisement in 2016 which was subsequently scrapped.
The controversy raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is concluded by the Division Bench Judgment of this Court dated 13.06.2018 in Special Appeal (Defective) No.350 of 2018 (Sunil Dutt Tripathi Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) , decided on 13.06.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, the said writ petition is dismissed .
