This revision is pending since the year 2008 and it has never been argued. On 31.07.2018 no one appeared to press this revision and therefore, this case was directed to be listed peremptorily today. Even today no one has appeared on behalf of the revisionist to argue this revision.
Learned AGA is present on behalf of State.
This criminal revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 10.07.2008 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court 2), District J. P. Nagar in Sessions Trial No.421 of 2005 (arising out of case Crime No.981 of 2005), under Section 304 and 201 I.P.C, Police Station Amroha Dehat, District J. P. Nagar whereby opposite parties no.2 to 6 have been acquitted from the charges under Sections 304 and 201 I.P.C.
After perusal of judgments of both the courts below, it is clear that the prosecution failed to make out any case against the accused opposite parties. Both the courts below have acquitted the opposite parties from the alleged offence. The orders of the courts below are affirmed.
