Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The instant revision has been preferred against the order dated 11.04.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.10, Muzaffarnagar, in Criminal Misc. Case No.2 of 2017 State Vs. Irfan and others under Sections 489B, 489C IPC, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffarnagar whereby the application filed by the revisionists for releasing the money has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the revisionists has submitted that money in question say Rs.20,000/- and Rs.26,700/- may be handed over to the revisionist as the same belonged to them.
In view of the submissions so made, the revisionists may pursue their legal remedy before the appropriate Court. No order need be passed by this Court in connection therewith.
