Perused the impugned judgment and order and heard the learned AGA for the State.
The appellant- Ram Prakash has filed this appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.4.1993 passed by Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in S.T. No.321 of 1989 State Vs. Ram Prakash, Police Station- Bibhunu, District-Kanpur Nagar whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section-304B IPC and sentenced him to seven years of rigorous imprisonment.
The report of CMM- Kanpur Nagar dated 21.6.2018 which is on record on this appeal indicates that Ram Prakash, sole accused appellant in this appeal has died on 12.5.2017.
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
This appeal is accordingly dismissed as such.
