Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The instant revision has been preferred against the order dated 10.05.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No.12, Basti, in Case No.4497 of 2017 State Vs. Shiv Poojan and others arising out of Case Crime No.762 of 2017 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station Harraiya, District Basti whereby the application under Section 239 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the revisionists has relinquished the prayer for setting aside the impugned order on the ground that the revisionists may be directed to move the bail application.
In view of the submissions so made, the revisionists may move bail application at their wisdom. No order need be passed by this Court in connection therewith.
Consequently, the instant revision is disposed of.
