The appellant- Raj Kumar Modi- has filed this appeal against the judgment and order dated 18.11.1992 passed by Special Judge (E.C. Act), Jhansi in Special Case No.22 of 1991 arising out of case crime no.15 of 1991, State Vs. Raj Kumar Modi, Police Station- Mauranipur, district Jhansi whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section for the aforesaid offence and sentenced to three months rigorous imprisonment coupled with fine of Rs.500/-, in default of payment of fine, he will suffer additional two months simple imprisonment.
The report of CJM- Jhansi dated 18.05.2018 which is on record on this appeal indicates that Raj Kumar Modi, sole- accused- appellant in this appeal has died on 29.10.2003.
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
This appeal is accordingly dismissed as such.
