Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State of U.P. and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 64/2016, under Sections 498-A, 302, 201 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Babhugarh, District Hapur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that there is substantial progress in the trial of the case and in all probability it will be concluded very soon, therefore, he confines his relief only to the extent of issuance of direction to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial of the aforesaid case at the earliest.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection in grant of above innocuous prayer.
In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to make each and every endeavour to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case expeditiously, if possible, within one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed off.
