The petitioner, who is one of the plaintiff in Original Suit No.436 of 2008, has filed the instant petition for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously and for a further direction to the parties to maintain status quo in the meantime.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing therewith order sheet, which reveals that the matter is being posted for hearing since last several dates.
Having regard to such facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates, without granting unnecessary adjournments. As regards prayer for order of status quo, this Court does not find any justifiable reason to pass such order at this stage of the proceedings.
