A supplementary affidavit has been filed in compliance of order dated 8.3.2018, which is taken on record.
The sole prayed made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No.182 of 2010 within a time specified by this Court.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that an application Paper No.39-Ga2 is pending for disposal.
Having regard to the contention that the injunction application is pending, it is desirable that in case the said application is pressed, the trial court should decide the same expeditiously, without granting unnecessarily adjournments.
It is directed accordingly.
The petition stands disposed of.
