Section 6. Salaries and allowances to be paid out of grants

The salaries and allowances payable to the 1[The Chairperson, the ViceChairperson] and Members and the administrative expenses, including salaries, allowances and pensions payable to the Member-Secretary, the officers and employees referred to in section 5, shall be paid out ofthe grants referred to in sub-section (1) ofsection 11.
