Section 15. Chairperson,Vice-Chairperson, Members and staff of Commission to be public servants

1[The Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson], the Members, the Member Secretary, Officers and other employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning ofsection-21 ofthe Indian Penal Code, 1860
