Section 8. Teaching in the University

(1) The teaching in connection with the degree, diploma and certificate programmes of the University shall be conducted in accordance with the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.

(2) The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing the teaching of such courses and curricula shall be such as may be laid drawn by the Ordinances
