Section 38. Appointment of Terms and Conditions of Employment and Emoluments of Academic and Non- Academic staff of the University

The terms and conditions of employment of all employees of the University academic as well as non-academic, the manner of their appointment and the emoluments to be paid to the employees will be such as may be prescribed.
