Section 11. Powers and functions of the University Council

1[11. Powers and functions of the University Council.— Subject to the provisions of this Act and the statutes made thereunder, the University Council shall—

(a) review the policies and programmes of the University and advise in regard to its future plans, development and expansion ;

(b) consider any matter referred to it by the Board of Management ;

(c) examine the annual account and annual audit report ;

(d) consider and pass resolution on the annual report of the University.]
