Section 91A. Exemption to sales by or in favour of co-operative societies

1[91-A. Exemption to sales by or in favour of co-operative societies.- Nothing in sections 89 and 91 shall apply to sales effected by, or in favour of, a Co-operative Bank registered under the Bombay Co-operative Societies Act, 1925 (Bom. VII of 1925). ]
