Section 49. Provisions of sections 43, 44 and 45 to apply to transfer of ownership under section 46

Save as provided in sub-section (2) of section 46, the provisions of sub-section (4) to (15) of section 43, section 44 and sub-sections (2), (3), (4) and (5) of section 45 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the transfer of ownership of land under section 46.
