Section 24. Power to apply sections 22 and 23 to dwelling houses occupied by agricultural labourers, etc

The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions of sections 22 and 23 shall apply,-

(a) to the dwelling houses or sites thereof occupied by agricultural labourers and artisans; or

(b) to the lands held on lease by person, carrying on an allied pursuit for the purpose of such pursuit, in any particular area specified in the notification.
