Section 32. Meetings of Executive Council

(1) The Executive Council shall meet once in every two months, or more often as may be considered necessary, and on such dates as may be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. All meetings of the Council shall be held at headquarters of the University, but, with the previous approval of the Chancellor, any meeting may be held at any other place.

(2) When a date has been fixed for the meeting of the Executive Council by the Vice-Chancellor under sub-section (1), the Registrar shall give ten clear days' notice in writing to the Members of the Council of such meeting.
