Section 20. Laying of report before the Legislature of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir

It shall be the duty of the Board to present annually to the Government a report about the utilization of the Fund and the measures taken for implementing the schemes, and the Government shall lay the report, along with its comments, on the Table of 2[the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
