Section 14. Appeal, review and revision etc

The provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962 relating to appeal, review, revision, second appeal, power to withdraw and transfer cases shall, mutatis mutandis apply to all such proceedings under the Act.
