Section 16. Bar on civil and criminal suits

No Civil Court shall entertain any suit or application made to obtain decision or order on the liability of any person to pay the tax and no prosecution, suit or other proceedings shall lie against any public servant for anything done, or intended to be done, in good faith under the Act or any rule made thereunder.
