By means of this writ petition, he has sought the following relief: - “(i) Issue a writ order or directions to the respondents in the nature of mandamus for decided the petitioner representation dated 18/ 01/ 2023 and 27/ 03/ 2023
			(Annexure no. 4 and 6 to this writ petition).”
			5. In sum and substance, grievance of the petitioner is that since the Combined State Service Examination was not held by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission for considerable period of time, as a result,
			petitioner has become overage for participating in the said examination
			6. Learned Counsel for the petitioner
			submits that petitioner has made a representation to the State Government to

grant him age relaxation for appearing in
the said examination. He confines his
prayer and submits that the Competent Authority be directed to take decision on his representation.
7. Learned Counsels appearing for respondents do not have any objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 27.03.2023, as per law, one way or
the other, within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
