This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking the following relief: - “i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 1, 2, & 3 to produce the wife of the petitioner Smt. Muna Baniya and son of the petitioner Aayush Budha (1 year of age) before this Hon’ble Court.” 4. Pursuant to our order dated 17.05.2024, the Corpus Smt. Muna Baniya and her minor son Aayush Budha are produced in Court. The Corpus says that she does not want to live with petitioner and she had gone to Delhi of her own volition where she was employed as daily wager. She further stated that the purpose of her visit in Delhi was that she does not want to stay with the petitioner. She also stated that her brother and cousin have come from Nepal and she will accompany them to her home District Mugu in Nepal. 5. In such view of the matter, no further interference can be made, as the Corpus is major and she can decide where she wants to live. 6. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
