Patni, learned senior counsel, for the respondent no.4. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4, has filed the compliance affidavit dated 01.07.2024. In this affidavit, it is stated in paragraph 5 that meeting was held on 30.12.2023, due to lack of consensus in suggestions regarding the proposed sources for providing water to the villagers, and in the end a consensus was reached between the villagers of Village Khalsi and New Khalsi to pump the water from small rivulet (Gadhera) namely Jharipani, in meeting dated 08.02.2024, and thereafter under the scheme approved by District Water and Sanitation Mission, Uttarkashi, for the successful implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission Program, an estimate of Rs.496.48 lakh, was prepared for pumping the water and process of tender with

regard to the above said water supply has to be
issued by 15.07.2024.
5. Since as per the affidavit, necessary steps
have already been taken, this writ petition is being disposed of keeping in view that after the issuance of tender by 15.07.2024, the entire process will be completed within six months in accordance with law.
